Some homeowners wonder if they should seal their pavers and stone walkways. Our answer is always yes and for a few reasons. To start, any sealer you choose will help make pavers resistant to stains. Be the stain from spilled material like oil or dirt food or animal waste etc. Also, sealed pavers have an additional shield from harmful UV rays which will help your pavers retain their color longer.
While most modern pavers are manufactured to resist UV rays, the benefits of an additional layer of protection is visibly helpful.

It travels into the surface of the paver and into the sand in the joint itself. This added benefit trumps the performance of the traditional sealer.
